This is where John McCain lived for about two years. Holy shit. It exactly fits the French Guiana confinement jungle cells depicted in Papillion. The thief hero of that movie paced back and forth, forth and back, four steps in each direction, turn, repeat, to stay in shape and keep from going insane. He ate a lot of bugs too.
McCain saw these photos, taken by a documentary filmmaker, and... laughed. Umm...
Build him a statue, a museum, give him all the ribbons in dress circle, but for got sakes keep his finger off the button.
